Quantum Physics - quantum suicide

This is the next installment, an extension to Schrodinger's Cat thought experiment, where we disscuss quantum imortality and the effect of a consiousness on the quantum system. It allows for the distiction between the copenhagen interpretation and the Everett's many worlds interpretation. A must read as it's really interesting

Quantum Physics - Werner Heisenberg

Quantum Physics - Werner Heisenberg - This is the next article I have found it is about a very famous Physicist who came up with the uncertainty principle, that is the more acurately you measure somthings postion the less accurate you know it's velocity and vicea versa, for small systems only.

It is very interesting and has links to other experiments testing this theory well worth a read take a look and let me know what you think

Schrodinger's Cat

Now Schrodinger's Cat is one of the most famous thoght experiments in physics not just quantum physics...I bet most of you have heard of this! But how many of you know what it actually is? Well now is your time to find out.

Is the cat dead or alive?
What is a measurement?
What's a wave function?
What's Superposition?

These and many other questions are answered as well as an introduction to the strange theory of Everett's many worlds interpretation where the universe splits if a decsion is made...weird!

You can view this article at

It really is worth a read and i promise you; you will enjoy it! :)

A NEW and exciting series on Quantum mechanics

I Love quantum physics and I am going to be writing new series on quantum physics, the great physcisists who made it possible, the experiments which support this weird and wonderful world and also the interpretations of quantum mechanics, what scientists think the theory means for reality.

We will talk about Schrodinger and his famous dead and alive cat, particles which are not only waves but particles as well, the strange theory of entanglement as well as meet some very strange and wonderful people. AS well as the fact that a new universe could be created every time a decision is made.

Now if that dosn' t sound interesting then i don't know what does. The series of articles starts with the central theme quantum mechanics and can be found here

It is the central location for all my articles, however i will post direct links to other articles I make as well as a small introduction to them on here if you are only interested in a specific branch of quantum physics. Thanks for your support
